Postage for our standard DPS Next Day delivery is £6.00. Extra charges will apply for enhanced services such as Special Delivery - should you require this service please contact us by email at email@example.com. For International Postage please contact us for a quote. We try and dispatch all items the following day and delivery takes between 2-5 working days.
Changing your order:
If you want to add an additional product or increase the quantity of a product on your order, you will need to place a new order. If you want to change the delivery address, remove or reduce the quantity of a product on your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number in the email and the date you placed the order as this will help us deal with your query more efficiently.
Any item being returned must be received within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be returned in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and with labels attached. Items returned must be insured by the sender as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post. Horse bits cannot be returned if they have been used. If a customer is returning a saddle then the outgoing delivery costs (Williams Equestrian to customer) will be deducted off the refund. To return items to Williams Equestrian please follow the 3 steps below: Step 1: Contact us at email@example.com to inform us that you wish to return an item. Step 2: Package the item in the original packaging and return to Williams Equestrian, Tyddyn Farm, Chester road, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 6TA – please make sure the item is insured when posted. Step 3: Allow two weeks from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will email you once the refund has been processed.
Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Items:
